Mission and values We set up the « High Institute of Communication, Business and Management in 1990 in order to get round the needs of managerial staff in Malagasy companies. ISCAM's vocation is then to train young leaders and managers. However, we could be a leader overnight. That is why we make the students operational as soon as they have their first job as well as developing their potentiality. We inspire them also with leadership spirit so that they will actively go into professional life and prove themselves in practice. Afterwards, they will reach the posts of managers. Established on commitment and development, the fundamental values of ISCAM are: Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Efficiency, Professionalism, Team Spirit and Training as a "raison d'être", a justification for existence. These values encourage us to make ISCAM a place where each other student, teacher, managerial staff, and partner can develop himself and his knowledge, talents, can bloom and set up projects. We are convinced that by achieving the mission, that is to train future leaders, and by living by these values in our daily life, we will change our country positively and we will change people lives too. |

ISCAM is the first private trade institute in Madagascar, and is a high trade institute of reference till now. The characteristic of ISCAM (a trade institute in Antananarivo) lies in the fact that it ensures trainings for executives, trainings in companies and self-tailored trainings. So far, this trade institute in Madagascar has been fulfilling the needs of requiring companies. ISCAM also appears among the first trade institutes which have implemented a Bac + 3 and a Bac + 5 training, in other words the « LMD » system which is acknowledged throughout the world. |
