To Excellence,

The ISCAM vocation is to train for Excellence. It is a very strong demand. This implies that each one, student, teacher, managerial staff, partner, has to define what Excellence is, what succeeding one's life but not in life means. Why?

Since the managers that ISCAM train will lead and will create flourishing companies that are useful for the Nation. Since the company is not the only way to take responsibility. The family, the Fokontany*, the associations, the region and the country are also places where the Iscamians can have their responsibilities. We are convinced that Excellence, is not copying the others but rather asking oneself daily questions in order to know:

1. If our attitudes and behaviours positively influence people and our surroundings;
2. If we have the opportunities to go beyond our limits
3. If at least we learn from our daily life

Of course, the techniques of management and communication will be useful to reach goals that we will set up. It is the same for our minds. Shall we be ready to fight, to persevere when we are in troubles or shall we give up straight away? Will we be able to overcome our mistakes or even our failure, or will we be so heartened that we prefer giving up...

Let's persevere and give each other mutual help for Excellence. And thanks to our School, we will change the world.
